Question on Honey and Coconut Milk

Is there a special one that you use as a prepoo or just the regular ones from the grocery store?

If so what brand do you buy?

I find the cheapest version of both. I usually get the store brand honey, and whatever brand coconut milk is on sale. Sometimes if you go to an 'ethnic' store (Indian, etc) they will have coconut milk SUPER cheap compared to Kroger/Publix...
