Does anyone know? i saw some Coconut Milk in the Grocery store and was tempted to get it, but is it any different than the oil?

TIA

Yea there is a difference. coconut oil is an oil. for example like olive oil, grapeseed oil etc. and coconut milk is the actual milk that is inside a coconut. It has a milky consistency and color, but is thicker than regular milk. coconut oil is used like any other hair oil. coconut milk is used as a protein /moisturizing treatment or a natural straightener. the lactid acid is actually supposed to gradually loosen the curl. You may want to search for lime & coconut and you can find more info. I hope this helps.

Thanks Mizani....So what would be better for a hair treatment--the oil or the milk?
