I know there are some on this board who only wash their hair maybe once a month...this includes CoWashing. What do you do about product build up, or is it a problem?

If I am wearing my hair in twists, I do not shampoo for at least 3 weeks. I use mostly natural products that do not cause build up on my strands or scalp.

Thanx...I mainly moisturize with EVOO or Grape seed oil diluted with water
