question for those who BC'd...

Did you cut it all off yourself or go to the salon?

I was seven months into my transition and i just cut it off on my own. Then the following week i blew out my hair and touched up some spots. I'm so paranoid about going to salons (I've had some horrific experiences), so that's why I did my own BC.

both..I did the major part and let a stylist trim me up...

Went to a salon. I think I felt it was too traumatic for me to cut off that much hair myself, so I needed reinforcements.
