actually its about lifts (or lifters, im not sure)...i didnt see anything specific when i searched, so forgive me if its been discussed already....
anywho, just a couple of questions....1. can you put a lifter directly on your hair, or does your hair have to be colored before it can be lifted?? 2. how long after coloring do you have to wait before you lift?? and 3. does a lift contain peroxide or any of the other stuff thats bad for our hair??
(if its been discussed, would you mind pointing me in the right direction??)
