I guess that means it should only be left in for a few days at a time...or it may do some damage? I wash my hair pretty regularly, so this shouldn't be a problem.
There's a forum at Salerm's web site ( http://www.salerm.com ). Some posters there say it can be used as a rinse out and a leave-in. I called the number that was listed. The gentleman that answered the telephone said it's a leave-in. He also said that it can be used as a rinse out too. I still wonder why there are no directions on the bottle.
