No. I got my hair relaxed on April 27th, 2004 and started using Surge Plus 14 on my scalp on May 1st, 2004. Ive had no problems whatsoever.

I'm relaxed and I use my Surge 14 every day...sometimes twice a day. Been using Surge since October of 2003 and no problems whatsoever. I part my hair and spray my scalp only. I wash my hair every other day otherwise, I'll get build-up and scalp soreness from the biotin and proteins in the Surge. But Surge has truly increased my growth rate. It's a staple for me.
