Question about Silk Elements Mega Cholesterol

I noticed that it got rave reviews on Sallys.com and a lot of ladies here use it. I got mine yesterday and noticed that the 2nd ingredient is Mineral Oil. I'm still learning about ingredients, so I'm not sure if this is good or not (I'm thinking not).

Any thoughts/comments on this product would be greatly appreciated.

I think that this is more of a "proteiny" moisture treatment.
As far as the mineral oil goes, it tends to seal/coat the hair. If you don't mind the extra heaviness of your hair or clarifying on a regular basis then this conditioner could be for you.
If you are looking for a deeper penetrating moisture, I would go with the MegaMoisture Treatment. Even though it costs a little bit more, the benefits greatly outweigh the cost.

ETA: I also see that you are transitioning, if you apply either of the treatments to your new growth like a relaxer, you will get easy to detangle hair. I do this at least once a week with the MegaMoisture Treatment

SE Mega Cholesterol is like silk in a jar! My hair soaks it up, I love it sooo much!

I agree with above, the mineral oil doesn't really bother me because it just makes my hair feel sooo silky and delicious. If you find it weighs your hair down, just stay on top of clarifying
