Question about Saranwrapping hair

No, you will sweat and end up with wet hair. Just dry wrap your hair at night and saran wrap for a few minutes in the morning.
 
LOL...Tried that once thought I was about to have the smoothest wrap ever. My hair was soaked.

Back to 5 minutes under the dryer only.
 
For those that wanna see it in action, here's a great youtube vid of a natural doing a roller set and silk wrap. Silk wrap is often a term you'll hear when they're talking about saran wrapped results. I guess because it's supposed to make the hair silkier.

I use the saran wrap treatment after I flat iron and my hair turns out so silky and shiny. I think the trick is to only use one layer of saran wrap, that way you wont get too hot. But I wouldn't sleep in it.
