Question about OCT

I just ordered this product and although i have read a lot of threads about it and also about megatek, I was wondering exactly how i should use it? How long after application do you wash? How often should i apply it? It is advisable to mix it with other things or should i just alternate them? ( I am currently using sulu max gro mixed with grapeseed oil)
