Question about OCT

I have finally caught on to what the hell ovation cell therapy is. I was kinda puzzled for a while. Now that I know it is suppose to be a hair growth aid I want to know more about it. What are its ingredients and what makes it different than rogaine? I hear people talking about hair shedding but still getting growth and that sounds like the works of minoxidil. Im just curious cause it sounds like something I would like to invest. I just dont want all of my hair growth to fall out as soon as I stop taking it.
