has anyone used this product, olive bhringaraj sugared pink hair
from nsiamesetwists.com?

me and my sis want to order...but i get good reviews whenever i am about to try something new. I saw someone used this in a thread. i can't find any other mentions about this product.

does she have good customer service?

how long did it take to get your product?

how does the product work on/with your hair?

I’ve used this product and was able to provide a review for it in this month’s Hits & Misses thread. As for customer service and shipping, my experience with this vendor went as follows:

Placed an order on 12/25
The items were shipped out on 1/3
The package was shown as delivered in another state on 1/9
Emailed the vendor on 1/9
The vendor responded on 1/10
The items were re-shipped and the shipping fee refunded on 1/12
The package arrived on 1/15

Since I’m not a stickler for rapid shipping on handmade products, particularly during high volume sale promotions, I am satisfied with my transaction and will patronize this vendor again. FWIW, I had an equally great experience with the Raspberry Henna Hair Cream.
