Cold pressed oils are supposed to retain more of the good qualities of the oil, right? I looked at the label of a bottle of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and noticed that it has quite a lot of calcium in it.
I know that calcium is good for the body, but would it be good for the hair? Wouldn’t it cause mineral deposits on the hair if used frequently? Am I better off using olive oil that is not cold pressed?
