Puritan Pride

I know the Puritan Pride Biotin is popular, but what other PP vitamins have you tried? The prices of these supplements are very low compared to in stores, even including shipping. I recently ordered some EPO and flax oil from there.

Has anyone tried the supplements from PP? What did you think of them? Did you feel they were effective? TIA

I am taking puritan pride biotin,flaxseed oil,silca,msm,epo
zinc,green source multivitamins.
I am a big fan of the green source multivitamins because I
don't eat a lot of vegetables.
I am very satisfied with these vitamins my hair and nail are
growing very well.

i've been taking the amino 1500 for juat about a month now, but only twice a week. i'm going to increase it for the month of december to 4x per week. i also purchased their B5 which I've been taking for a month. I've marked my calender to check myself at the end of January for a progress report.

Calling all vitamin junkies....Target has fish oil soft gel vitamins (1000 mg)on sale for 1.00, yes that's right one dollar! I picked up 10...get 'em while you can!
