Who here is still taking it and are your results consistent? How much mg are u guys taking ? What was your average growth b4 taking PP Biotin and what is your growth after taking it?

Hey Britt, I stopped taking it coz it made my periods longer and heavier and as if that wasn't enough it made my skin break out!

whoa! heavier periods? That is enough to discourage me from buying it!

I also experienced breakouts when I was taking biotin.

It took a full month for me to get my skin back into good condition. Now I take B-Complex which has Biotin, but in a smaller amount 25mcg (not enough to cause breakouts.
