Help! Puritan\'s Pride Biotin Users

I see a lot of you guys are taking 5000mg of this biotin a day, but I see on their site the most they have are 1000mg to be taken once a day. Are you guys taking this 5x a day or is there a higher dosage I can find somewhere else. Thanks.

Yes i take 5 of the 1000mg a day.

They do have 5 mg (same as 5000 mcg) tablets, you just have to click here: http://www.puritan.com/pages/file.asp?xs=2CF8C4A79F744EA5B3F62A43C7EA623E&PID=5169&np=0 . Some members here asked them to add it and they did

! I personally just order the 1000 mcg bottles and take at least five split in two to three doses because it works out more econimical that way.
