To whom it may concern...(you know who you are)......when I clicked on the name of the person who made the comment, it directed me to another member's PM....
I commented that I beleived that the attack was a bit personal, but the we were sisters in Christ (I was polite.....)
Here is my comment:

"I do not expect everyone to agree with what I do with my hair, and can appreciate the candid disdain for what i believe you were commenting on the health of my hair, but the reproach in which is was displayed, in my opinion, was a bit personal. I think you have a beautiful h"ead of hair, and would like to believe that this was not a personal attack. We're all sisters in Christ, right?

I received a message that the email went to the wrong person...(of whom I will remain nameless just for sake of privacy)
Although it was harmeless, gentile and very polite in nature, I would like to make a public apology to that person if I "ruffled some feathers"
She was very cordial in her response to let me know I had the wrong person.
Again, my deepest and sincerest apology...

I would expect the same had it have happened to me...

Yes, I agree but sometimes, even here, trying to right a wrong sets you up as a target. "Do what's right, do it because it's right and then do it right." THAT'S your responsibility, their acceptance of it, is not! ;)

Cut carbs? Only at contest time!! Other than that, consistency with lifting, heavy weights, few to moderate reps, lots of compound exercises, adequate rest and (MY FAVORITE PART) LOTS OF FOOD! :lol:

I've been meaning to ask this also! Girl you look good! My DH saw your siggy and said the same thing ;)(hitting the gym next week :cool: ).
