Proteing treatments, I need advice

Ive tried to do a search on it, but I couldnt get anything to come up

can anyof you please put in a link if you know a thread about it

otherwise, I just had a few questions

How do you do a proteing treatment, and with what I really dont know

What is aphogee?? ive seen it on the board but I dont know what it is

also how often should proteing treatments be done? and what exactly do they help with?
