PROTEIN TREATMENT?

I just got my hair retouched and I know you are supposed to do a protein treatment like a week afterwards. But does that apply still if your hair seems fine and isn't breaking?

I always thought that you were supposed to do it as maintenance. You know just make sure that you don't have any trouble.

You could always just use a mild protein treatment, and follow with a moisturizing conditioner. Think of it as insurance

I use a reconstructor a week before a touchup and a week after. I use Ion Reconstructor. I don't care if my hair seems fine. Extra insurance is the way to go.
