Can any one recomend me a to a good protein treatment
and how to use it??

ive only tried this one time, but i would like to try it again, and hopefully get it into my regime,

let me know where i can get it also:D

thanks girls

I use Aubrey Organics as a pre-treatment just about every week. It's a mild protein.

I use Nexxus Emergencee. Do a search and type in "A Betta Way to Use Emergencee", its a post with excellent instructions.

I like the Aphogee! And i have a detailed description of how i use in the Journal section of my Fokti.

Good ole' fashion REAL mayonaise! And it's inexpensive too! ;)

I use Joico K-pak reconstructor.

for me I find my hair is silky and soft with the Nexxus Keraphix..sitting under the hairdryer not using the heating cap.

thank you ladies,i really aprecciate it:D

Aphogee for me. It is strong but used every six weeks. It does wonders. :)

I would like to know this as well, I have mild protein treatments but I want a heavy one.

I like Joico K-Pak reconstuctor or Aphogee Keratin 2-min reconstructor for after relaxer protein and for regularly scheduled preventive maintainance protein treatments (yes I have a schedule :) ). I like those because they don't dry my hair out.

I like Emergencee (used according to the Aphogee Treatment for damaged hair instructions) for "oh dang, what did I do and how do I fix it?!" protein treatments.

I used to only do "oh dang, what did I do and how do I fix it?!" treatments, but I don't have to now that I have been doing regularly scheduled ones.

Tyra Banks show said this doesn't work.

I use Duo Tex and love it.

I use mayonnaise from the fridge and have been for the past three years. My hair is STRONG and soft. Tyra can kiss my mayonnaise loving butt :)

I apply mayonnaise to dry hair and let it sit for an hour. Then I shampoo, condition with a moisturizing conditioner and style as usual.

I like Aveda's Deep Penetrating Hair Revitalizer. It's moderate protein. Also there's a lot of moisturizers and leave-ins out there that are protein rich if you want to go that route.

That's what I use and I think it works great on my hair.

KeraCare Super reconstructor
Affirm 5-n-1 reconstructor
Nairobi Protosil reconstructor
Nairobi Nairo-Plex reconstructor - Hard Protein
Dudley's DRC
Design Essentials 6 in 1 reconstructor
Aphogee - Hard Protein
Aphogee 2 minute keratin reconstructor
Motions CPR

just a few off top of my head:look:

I just used Aphogee earlier this week and it stopped my breakage almost immediately. So that's where my vote goes.

I use three types

Strong - Aphogee (Once every 2-3 months)
Medium- Nexxus Emergencee (Once per week)
Mild- Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayonaise (Once per month)
