ooh ok thanks so the stawberry taste better than the
vanilla sorry one more question did it affect your hair
growth any

I haven't tasted the vanilla unfortunately but it sounds lovely.

I haven't taken the shake consistantly or recently so I'd have to say a no because that reason alone.

I think I'll re-start it though say once or twice a week as it is tasty and you've reminded me about it now.

(Any PJ July Challengers: This is an EXISTING product I have so can have it. Actually what am I saying? shakes aren't hair products

I saw a post that you did brownrelaxedhair on Isopure and went out and got me some of the vanilla.

It is very good. I liked the fact that it has 50g of protein, and no carbs b/c that's what I've been looking for. A good tasting protein shake w/low-no carbs.

I have been drinking the vanilla mixed w/vanilla soy milk. I've only had it for about 2weeks.

Thanks for the info Chipmunk. I got the rec for it from a guy I know who's a fitness trainer (and as foine as hell

) so it didn't take me long to buy it. It was originally meant for my b/f but he pushed it to one side.....

I too love that its zero carb. I'll mix it with my skim milk.

Don't you love fine fitness trainers. I tell you it's one of the only reasons I was a regular at my old gym. Eye candy galore!!!!!! With that kind of motivation I would stay on the treadmill 30 min acting like I was in shape.

I'll definitely try the fitness shake. I've been looking for one with a high amount of protein for a while now. This one sounds like a winner.

Jade3, the neighbour across the street from me is a personal trainer too (saw him at work at my sports gym a few times) and he's not hard on the eyes either.

I've never had a personal trainer as I like working out alone in classes but when they have a product rec, I'm all ears....

Isopure Zero Carb Whey is the BOMB-diggity. Even the chocolate (which has 3g of carbs I think) tastes great. They also make a meal replacement shake that has 25g of carbs (I use it post work out). That one comes in the usual choc, vanilla and stawberry, but also chocolate peanut butter, and orange cream-sicle . YUMMY!
