Protein conditioners?!?

Hello! Whislt reading another thread I saw that apparently we need protein conditioners every now and then to "balance out" the moisturising ones to prevent "overconditioning" (man you never see this stuff in hair magazines!) Can you recommend any brands?

I don't think mine is a protein conditioner, I tend to use Paul Mitchell The Detangler. Help!

Daughter, Aubrey Organics GPB is a good one that can be found at most Health Food stores. Do a search and you will find a lot of info on it. I believe it works well on both natural and relaxed hair.
