WEll it's week three since this challenge started and no one has posted any updates. To be honest, I took a break so I can detox, but next week I'm back on track. I don't want this challenge to fizzle away, so ladies please post how you've been doing. Don't worry if you haven't been sticking with, that's why it's a challenge. It can be hard sometimes.

Well I had fish and chicken every day last week! a few servings of beans. I've been drinking my hair shake whenever i can.. the optimum whey shake is on its way. Oh and i have egg whites twice a week for that extra boost.

My only concern with the portein challenge is that i'll start to gain weight

So i've decided to hit the gym and play some basketball at least 1x a week

So far so good, this challenge is actually very easy! When January comes around i hope to definetely see increased progress
 
That's great Beana. Be careful not to overeat though. I did find myself feeling a lil heavy the first week on the challenge. For next week, I'll just have two shakes a day and then one other high protein source for that day.
 
I have been sick and I have not taken my vitamins and protein shake in a week and half hope to get back on track.
 
I haven't been doing to well this week. I've barely eaten. Last week I did okay. Tomorrow I plan on getting back on track.

okay i tried the shake yesterday and it was tasty. i wont drink it everyday though...seems too potent for me , lol
