protein before relaxer

I did a mild protein tx on Fri to prep my hair relaxer. Should I wait a full wk before I relax?
 
I do mine 2-4 days before relaxing.
 
You only need to wait 3 days. Personally, whenever I do a protein treatment a week before I relax I usually end up underprocessed.
