Protein based co-washing conditioner?

Is there any co-washing conditioners that keep your hair strong as well as moisturised? V05 leaves my hair really spongey and fragile when wet...but it does keep it moist and soft...is there any conditioner that will keep my hair strong also?

Try Millcreek Keratin Conditioner. You can pick it up at a Local Health Food Store for about $8.00 (16 oz). Works Great.

Also, you could try Mane N' Tail Conditioner too, for co-washing. I've used both. Both should give you what you want.

I always follow up with a moisturizing DC'er. If you don't, at least follow-up with a moisturizing final rinse or moisture-based leave-in.

I've co-washed with Aubrey Organics GPB conditioner. It is a nice mix of protein and moisture.
