Since quarantine, I've been doing Cuban Twists with extensions, Cornrows with extensions, or Butterfly locs on my hair as a protective style. Before quarantine, I would cornrows my real hair and then wear a wig to work. Sorry, but I really like long hair.

Since I work from home now, I wanted to see if I can save some money on salon visits. I wanted to cornrow my real hair and then just wear that around the house. For gym visits, I wanted to see if I could just wear a hair hat or something

I was looking at these hat wigs but they look kinda cheap. Do you guys know of some better options?

Why don't you just put a hat over your cornrows? Or just your cornrows?
They tend to look messy after a week. I don't really like the look of just a baseball cap.

Also, I have a "thing" with long hair that I'm trying to get over.

What about a headband wig?
