I have some MSM capsules I'm not taking, but they don't dissolve in water. I'm thinking of adding them to some oil.

I am in the process of spiking all my spray leave ins with my sulfur powder as we speak. I have to shake them up before I use them now but I have a habit of doing that anyway so it's no big deal for me. My first one has a whole tablespoon in it which is quite a bit now that I think about it lol so the most I'm using now is a teaspoon or half teaspoon.

LOL you should've saw my face once I got about half way into the chop. I was like OMG what did I do?! I wanna stop...I wanna STOP! lol it was already too late and I've never had hair that short in my life but I'm proud of what I did and where I'm at now.

OHIO SHAWTY your hair has grown sooo MUCH!!! You truly make me wanna chop...ok that thought has passed. LOL I'm still stretching and will see how much NG I have in may.

BTW I love the pic with the braided side that right side will grow out in no time. Extra sulfer for the right side. Where did you buy the sulfer from again? I wonder if they sell it at whole foods?

Thanks everybody, and I got my sulfur from Amazon. I just searched for "sublimed sulfur powder" and picked the cheapest one lol.
