Professional Hairstylists in Europe

Do any of you ladies (or gents) know what is required to practice cosmetology in Europe? Are there licensing requirements? Thanks in advance for your help.

Specifically Germany, France, Sweden or The Netherlands, but I'm curious about pretty much anywhere in Europe.

I know in France, you must have a license. But I guess if you're already a licensed stylist in US you can just have the equivalent .

One thing I'm sure about is : if you say you use american products and techniques, Girl, consider yourself a millionaire !!! Black girls in France are generally DESPERATE when it comes to haircaire...
