Profectiv MegaGrowth Deep Strengthening Growth Conditioner

While I was in the drug store last night, I saw this conditioner, and I was so impressed with the ingredients; but I put it back, because I have more than what I need. Has anyone had any positive results from using this conditioner? I’m interested in using it later. How does it compare to other deep conditioners?

I actually like using this conditioner. My hair has a lot of slip and it's really soft and buttery (if that makes sense). I use it with my coffee rinse. It also works well in combination with ORS.

That's good to know, and the price is right. It was $1.00 off, which makes it $5.99. I'll make a note to try it someday. I haven't seen it in Walmart or Target, but then I wasn't looking for it. I'll keep my eyes on it now.

I have tried this! My friend purchased it for me and it does leave my hair soft after rinsing.

The product that I love is the profectiv growth masque with the strengthening beads in it. I use this as a deep conditioner under the dryer and it works great!

I like it. Very soft smooth hair. The leave in is good too. But it's a little on the heavy side. It's a GREAT moisturizer. I use it when I re roll my hair at night, or a dab on each section before I do my pincurls. Haven't noticed a lot of "growth" but it definitely stops breakage, because it keeps your ends so moist and yummy..

Helps to stop my breakage. Sometimes I mix with my beloved Silicon Mix. I have no breakage.

It does stop breakage but please be careful. Its very strengthening and has LOADS of protein. Most of Profectiv products are like that, so if protein is not your thing.... stay away! Or, simply use it less often.

I mix it with my ORS pak and Aphogee Keratin con and I love it. I even use it by itself as a con and don't wash it all out, it is nice.

I love this! Talk about soft and buttery hair and not to mention it smells so good! I don't use it much b/c I am a PJ. I'm not sure how I can fit it into my regimen. I don't like that small container

I have the Profectiv MegaGrowth Cond......it doesn't leave my hair soft and buttery like the Growth Masque. It may be a good conditioner. I've only used it once. I do like that it's in a bigger container though.
I also seen that they have changed their packaging which also caused the price to go up I sooo hate when companies do this

I've used the Mega Growth Cream in the Yellow tub, and that was one of the few things my hair actually liked when I had a relaxer. I just bought the growth lotion (yellow bottle) Root health Anti-dryness strengthener (green tub) and Break free leave in conditioner (pink tub) so far the original one in the Yellow packaging and the Root Health (green packaging) are my favorites. The root health makes my hair silky soft. My hair usually doesn't take well to proteins, but it doesn't seem to mind these.

I mixed it with JBCO and my hair is soft as baby's bottom, LOL.

My next conditioner to try will be Silicon Mix. That's been on my mind for a while. Then I'll get Profective. It's now sold at Walmart.
