Products for dry hair and sensitive skin?

CON makes me itch... along with VO5 moisture milks (danggit.) Can anyone recommend an alternative that won't make me itch like I have mange? My hair hates baking soda and ACV.

I have v. sensitive skin & use Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Conditioner.
It sometimes runs down the side of my face & everything and i've never had a problem with it yet (touch wood).
