Ok, I've been natural for about 4 years now and my hair is super thick. But, I like to work out and my hairstyle gets poofy and thick at the roots. I would like to have more options, but I don't want to be slack and be like I won't work out b/c I'll mess my hair up. I really want to stay small. I'm seriously considering getting a relaxer, but I realy don't want to do that. What do you do with your hair if you want to exercise? Help!!!!!!!!
 
My hair is relaxed but also super thick. When I exercise, I braid it or keep it in my bun.
 
Before a workout, I braid my pressed hair. And after that, my hair stays right, not thick.
