Prepooing with Non Sulfate Shampoo

Is it necessary to pre poo if you use an organic shampoo such as AO or Giovanni, since they dont contain sulfates or harsh detergents...

I don't think you HAVE to, but you can if you like the way your hair feels afterwards. I still pre poo sometimes, even though I use an SLS free poo

It doesnt sound necessary to me either but i wasnt sure. It would be great to knock a step from my regimen. I am trying to keep things VERY simple.

I don't pre-poo whether I use SLS, ALS, or organic poos.

HOWEVER, with SLS/ALS-free poos, no, I wouldn't be concerned if that was something my hair needed to retain moisture in a regimen that used poo.
