preparation for and post touch-up...

i'm scheduling my touch up for about 10 weeks after my last, which will be 11/22 (or around that time)...i heard that some do a heavy protein afterwards, and mine is actually due on 11/26...

is there anything y'all would suggest i do BEFORE i get a touch up and AFTER i get one?

I perform the aphogee 1-2 weeks prior touch-up
I wait about a week post touch-up to wash my hair

This is not nothing new. Whatever you do, don't scratch before the touch up!!!!
