I prepooed with a mixture of castor oil, coconut oil, and a few essential oils.

I remember when I thought pre pooing was a waste of everything, but that was years ago when I was only trying it with oil. But the last few week I've been using my kanechom conditioners for pre pooing in an effort to use them all up and I absolutely love it. My breakage during washing has reduced so much.

I'm going to prepoo with Alter ego garlic conditioner for about 30 minutes. Then I will shampoo with Keracare detangling poo. I may not need an additional conditioner afterwards, but if i do I will use Keracare Humecto.

Not sure if I joined this thread! But I prepoo before every wash or cowash. Today I am prepooing with red palm oil on my scalp and a little on length and ends and put blue roze beauty chia tea on length for 30minutes

This has to be my absolute favorite coconut oil. I have the strawberry and lime. Anyone know the shelf life for Coconut Oil? It's been over a year. Really need to start using it again.

Not sure but I'm still using mine and it has been a year. I think unless it has a bad smell or turning dark in color...I may be wrong though

I went to the stickies and found that the shelf life for Coconut Oil is 2-4 years. So I think we are good HairPleezeGrow
