Hello Ladies:

I am writing about a friend of my sister's. She's been very sick over the last 5 months, and the doctors didn't know what was wrong. First, she got a terrible case of vitiligo. Then her weight dropped to 88 pounds. She was recently diagnosed with scleroderma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scleroderma), and the doctors told her that she is going to die! Basically, they told her that her organs are shutting down and that's why she's going to die (they also said there's nothing they can do).

Now, we know that doctors operate in the natural and they only have the power to tell us what they see. She is a young woman in her 20's with a 2 year old daughter, so we must not take this type of things lying down!

I am asking you to pray for her and her family, and know that although the doctors operate in the natural, God operates in the supernatural!

No, she's not on an IV. They have basically said there's nothing more they can do for her. She's actually at home, but will probably end up back in the hospital.

I just refuse to watch her go through this without "putting on the full armor of God." It's situations like this where I truly believe our faith is tested. Only God understands why things are the way they are. We truly have to trust and depend on him. I think of a situation like Tim Russert, who went to the doctors, had a stress test, they told him he was fine and he dropped dead. Likewise, doctors who give fatal reports are only telling a patient what they see. If they don't see it, they'll tell you that and if they do see it they'll tell you that. Look how many people get clean bills of health and end up dead; likewise, look at those who get fatal reports and they beat their disease. Only the Lord can determine when we enter and leave this earth

I want to cry, b/c I am admittedly worried about this situation. Again, she has a 2 year old daughter, so I can't even imagine what it would be like for this beautiful little girl to grow up without her mom.

And I feel that the Lord is telling me not to even think like that. I MUST maintain my faith. This woman is a Christian, but she doesn't really go to church. I'm not sure how strong her relationship with God is, but I've just felt so compelled to pull on my faith, and that's why I'm asking you ladies for prayer!

Our prayer as believers is sooooooo strong, especially when we stand together!

thats what the doctors usually do when they have done all they can do, they send the person home and wish them well. and i agree it is the time to pray hard and i believe that god can bring her through this situation like he has with others.

and i still cant believe tim russert passed. i think the doctors wanted him to hear what tim wanted to hear and wanted him to live the rest of his life happily

and i believe with her faith and ours it will conquer all things

Heavenly Father, I (we) speak to the bones and joints of my (our) body (bodies). I (we) call you normal in Jesus' Name. My (our) bones and joints will not respond to any disease, for the Spirit life of 1 Peter 2:24 permeates every bone and joint of my (our) body (bodies) with life and health. I (we) make a demand on my (our) bones to produce perfect marrow. I (we) make a demand on the marrow to produce pure blood that will ward off sickness and disease. Lord Jesus, I (we) ask you to do all of these things according to John 14:14; and Heavenly Father I (we) ask You to give me (us) Divine healing, Divine health, the manifestation of Divine healing and Divine health, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth; according to John 16:23, Amen.
Heavenly Father, according to Your Word "You are not a respecter of persons." I (we) receive my (our) healing, in Jesus' Holy Name. I (we) forbid the enemy from trying to steal my (our) healing. I (we) bind my (our) mind(s) with the mind of Christ. I (we) bring every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, fill me (us) overflowing with Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus' Holy Name I (we) thank You for healing me (us). Amen!
