Hello! Okay, now it's my turn to ask for a prayer request from you all. I’m going to try and make a long story short, so I won’t be redundant. My divorce will be final 7/25th…Praise God!
Here’s the thing. My ex was/is an alcoholic. I did all I could do in the spirit and the natural to make my marriage work. Finally, last year around this time I told him I wanted a divorce. He began to drink more heavily and became violent. I moved out of our house and filed an order of protection. A month later I received permission from the courts for me to move back home and him to vacate the premises. A few days later he came to the house at 2am and broke in and attempted to harm me by strangling me. It was by the grace of God that I was able to escape. He is currently incarcerated for violating the order of protection.
Okay, here comes my prayer request. For my safety, I plan on moving soon. My credit is shot.
A few years ago my ex went to rehab for some months and I got behind on the bills in effort to “save†my house I filed Chapter 13. I want to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment, but due to my not so good credit (sounds better than bad credit) I’m concerned about being denied. I’ve found some nice apts, who said they will work with me. But I may have to pay 2-3 months rent in advance. Please touch and agree with me ladies that, the first apartment I apply for God will rain His divine favor on me.
