How do you ladies deal with potty mouths at work? I can handle the occasional bad word here and there (thought I dislike all of it). But there is a man that I work with who's mouth is just awful! Everything he says has a bad word in it. It seems so disrespectful to me as woman that he speaks that way. What can you do about it?

Ask him to stop and then go straight to your supervisor with this in writing. It is against any company policy for employees to use profanity in the work place. Unless someone complains, it will never be dealt with. He obviously does not have respect for you, nor for your place of business. He needs to be confronted with it.
OH! And do not allow the enemy to place fear in you about this. This man has offended you, not you him. When someone disrespects you, we do not have to 'appease' them. They need to appease us. Period!
And here's God's word to protect you. "Who is he who will harm you, you who chooses to seek after righteousness." (I Peter 3).
As long as you are in the perfect will of God --- And you ARE --- no one can retaliate or bring further offense or harm to you. If he gets mad, so what! Tell on him and think nothing of it. God has your back in this.
BTW: I went through this before on my job, when a co-worker cursed while giving me some work to finalize. She thought it was cute. I told on her and didn't blink twice. She stopped cursing around the office; she also relocated.
