Postpartum shedding....is there anything to help?

Anyone here going/went through postpartum shedding? I had my daughter about 3 months ago and this shedding has set in big time.

Anyone experience this? Is there anything that can help it, like taking more iron?

Or do I just have to let it run its course?

Thanks! I knew of these things but wasn't sure if it would work for the shedding you get after a baby. Did they help during that time?

Are you still breast feeding? Probably better to just give your Doc a quick call before you start any supplements.
