What is a good conditioner to use after rinsing out the relaxer? I used to use Emergencee, but looking for other strong treatments.

Nexxus Keraphix or Aveda Damage Remedy Reconstructor.

I never tried this but for a cheaper alternative maybe ORS Replenishing Pak.

That's what I use with great results:)

I love Keracare positive link conditioner for coarse to med. hair after relaxer treatment. Vitale revive is great too

I mix affirm 5 in 1 and positive link condish, 50/50 and leave on at least 10-15 minutes after rinsing out relaxer. They're both low pH 4.5 and are design to be use immediately after relaxing. If looking for more readily available and cheaper alternative, Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner is pretty good and it too is designed to be used as a "neutralizing condish" . . .

Any of my favorite conditioners work, but not until I've clarified to remove the relaxer residue.

I use Aphogee Intensive Keratin Reconstructor after thoroughly rinsing out the relaxer, but before neutralizing, and it works great. After neutralizing, I follow up with Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner.

me too :yep: Aphogee 2 minute keratin reconstructor is excellent for this. According to the folks at Aphogee, this conditioner has a normalizing pH of 5.:D

My hair stylist uses DE 6-N-1 Reconstructive Conditioner & then follows with Stimulations Super Moisturizing Conditioner
