Post-Permanent Color Conditioning Question

Quick Question:
Ladies, after coloring your hair with a permanent color, are you supposed to condition with a light protein conditioner, hard core protein conditioner, moisturizing conditioner or mix both protein and moisture? TIA!!!!!

I don't know... but I would start off light and see what happens... you can always go hard core protein if you need to...

Thanks, LadyZ!!! I ended up using a light protein mixed w/a teaspoon of Emu Oil Moisturizing Conditioner. Worked out beautifully!!!!

what I do BEFORE a color is a protein tx about 1 month before and weekly deep moisturizing conditioning for 3 weeks after. then I color, and follow up w/ deep moisturizing conditoning weekly for about 6 weeks.
