I searched them everywhere but I didn't find the ingredients list of the porosity control conditioner.

These are the ingredients for roux porosity control

water, propylene glycol, dicetyldimonium chloride, oleyl betaine, lechitin, guar (? this one is rubbing off the bottle and is hard to read), hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride,
DMDM hydantoin, frangrance, lactic acid, titanium dioxide, mica, methylparaben, propylparaben, violet2, green5
