Eh. He'll get over it! I think it looks really nice on you. You look so different. You can pick out the curls a little for a more natural look. Just don't go too overboard if you choose to do so because you'll look like Foxxy Brown! :eek:
 
Tell your dad to get with the times. Africans (men AND women) have been using extensions for beauty for YEARS and so he is not with it! My dad would probably say the same thing and tell him, no it's not a stereotype everyone else has, it's a stereotype that HE has so he needs to do some research and get back with you.
 
Poohbear- your weave looks great. And it's good that you aren't listening to any negativity. I've encountered similar hostility (from only black men oddly enough) over decisions to wear extensions.
