I really do. I also think I'm gonna go back to washing once a week. It seems that I lose more hair than I'd like on my wash days...

I dont know, I guess b/c of my hair type (4ab) when I air dry or dry in a pony it gets matted real quick

Same here. Less frequent conditioner washes suit me just fine lately. I've had enough of taping shed/broken hair into my hair journal.
