I have an acquaintance whose hair is always on point. She says that she can use a curling iron or flat iron on a Monday and maintain the style until the end of the week. She just sleeps in a certain position so that her hair doesn't get mussed. I didn't believe her until I went to go see sistagurl in the hospital after she'd had a major surgery. She'd been in there three days and why was her hair lookin' fab?
Anyhoo, I know that that could never work for me. I am a very *active* sleeper -- I toss and turn and sweat and . . . you get the idea. Shoot, I'm lucky if my silk scarf doesn't fall off my head in the middle of the night. So I know that I always have to cover my hair up before going to bed. Otherwise, I'm dealing with a big mess in the morning.
What about you? How does your hair hold up at night?
