if so, which one and how often? if not, do you think clarifying is necessary?

thanks.

I do because I love and use cones on a regular basis. So, I have to clarify often to chisel them off.

The two in my stash right now are:

1. Nadia Eucalyptus Mint Shampoo (SheScentIt.com)
2. Follicleanse Shampoo (Healthy Hair Plus)

I clarify about once a month with Ion Purifying Solutions about every 6 weeks or so, unless I find that I have a lot of buildup, then of course I use it more often.

I use Hairveda Amala Shampoo. I love the way my hair feels so clean, yet not stripped. I use it once a month.

Almost every product I use has parabens, cones, sulfates, calories, trans-fat....etc.

I clarify every time I wash my hair. Sometimes that's once a week, sometimes it can be 2-3 times a week. I clarify with Ion clarifying poo follow up with a moisturizing or protein poo depending on what I need at the time and then condition.

I've tried to skip clarifying but my hair feels weird if I don't.

Since I am working on my regi, I decided to clarify once a week. I use Albert VO5 Green Tea Therapy Clarifying Shampoo.

me~

I do.

I use Traders Joes Nourish Spa shampoo with every wash. It is not a clarifying, technically but is use it for my first lather with every poo.

But once a month or so, I need more. I use Kenra Clarifying shampoo. I have hard water and this one gets me back in order. :yep:

I use one every time I wash....baking soda is my only shampoo and it clarifies. I use it about once a week or once every 2 week.

I've never used a commercial clarifying shampoo. I do use baking soda every 2-4 weeks though.

I use Pantene Purity (the older version) about once a month.

It's necessary for me - sometimes my hair just feels "gummy" if I go without clarifying too long.

Since I co-wash and use several products that contain cones, I clarify once per month. My current clarifier is Aloe Rid, which I'm surprised to like since I usually hate Nexxus products. I've also liked Kenra Clarifying Shampoo as well.

Yes, I use a clarifying poo. I used to clarify once a month; but when I realized that I had hard water, I began doing it once a week.

I now have braids so I use my Kenra Clarifying/Chelating poo with every wash.

Once a month.

Nexxus Aloe Rid is what I use right now... I used to use Tresemme Deep Cleansing. I think Tresemme cleans/strips the hair much more than Nexxus. I'll see how I feel after my bottle of Nexxus is finished, I might go back to Tresemme.

I clarify but I don't use a clarifying shampoo. I mix baking soda with my shampoo when I need to clarify....1x per month or as needed.

I been using some vo5 , and ORS aloe rid when ever needed. I ran out of suave clarifying. Its hard to really say what works best. Vo5 leaves your hair sweaky clean just like suave
