I just started using Neosporin AF, which I mixed with Carrot Oil, and apply every 2 days. Since I started and I can tell that I have new growth. It isn't anything too dramatic yet...but I'm waiting and keeping my fingers crossed. I relaxed right before I started with the NAF so that I could try to accurately track the growth. So far my NG is smooth and soft, but I still can't tell whether that's from the MSM, which always softens my NG. But so far so good...I'll keep you guys updated.
