I saw this video last week and immediately went to my local BSS to find one. It's actually called a "shampoo brush" and it was about $1. I planned to use it, but it has a lot of extra plastic bits that are stuck in between the bristles, and I didn't want them snagging on my hair. Because of that, I have yet to use it.

It kinda looks the same as the one in this thread although they don't say where to get it one poster mentions it's good for curly hair. hth.
