PLEASE Tell me How to Roller Set My Hair ASAP

Hi ladies, i have never rollersetted my own heair because i simply don't know how to. Well i HAVE to wash my hair today and i have no one to rollerset it for me. I want to rollerset it and sit under the dryer. Whenever i try to wash it and try to wrap it after a was i end up loosing too much hair. So please tell me how to Roller Set my hair. Any instrustions, tips, .....will be greatly appreciated.

My mom taught me a long time ago.....it takes patience and practice to perfect it so don't feel bad if it doesnt look like what the other person did.
