Instructions Please on Roller Set

Could someone post instructions on how to roller set my hair after I wash it along with how to wrap it up at night and what product is the best for qrap lotion and sheen spray. I have short bob last relaxer was phyto in may. Considering not using any more relaxers for good. Help!erplexed
