Affordable housing is an issue for everyone. The list seemed to be about housing cuts for Section 8 all over. Bush is a scoundrel but the program was built and meant for a temporary solution. I am aware he made many cuts against the veterans and the elderly. My concerns are more for them than able bodied females or males that can work harder to attain better housing. Maybe I am biased because their are way too many restrictions, lazy foul folx congregating and dependency in regards to Section 8 and low income housing.

Thank you so much for this call to prayer!!! I work in shelter for single moms and it is TOUGH right now. 
Section 8 was cut in my state 3 years ago, rents are through the roof (almost the highest in the nation), and jobs are nowhere to be found. It's a very scary and uncertain time.
For those who are praying, please also remember to contact your state's legislature and let your representatives know there needs to be more funding for low-income families and more opportunities!!!
